We manufacture metal hoses for transportation of liquids and gases that withstand high operating temperatures and pressures. Thanks to our individual approach and technically advanced team, we are able to design and manufacture any type of custom connection. We supply our products to all industrial sectors around the world, whether in the chemical or petrochemical industry, gas industry, energy industry or steel industry. We are active wherever metal hoses and compensators are required.
Our hoses meet the requirements of EU Directive 97/23/EC, which was amended to L189/164 on June 27, 2014, known as the Pressure Equipment Directive, regarding material specifications, manufacturing procedures and construction.
Metal hose with a standard corrugation pitch. The hose can be fitted with one or two braids.
TYPE HR I/E - Narrow profile
Metal hose with a narrow corrugation for better flexibility made from longitudinally welded tubing. The hose can be fitted with one or two braids.
TYPE HR I/H - Thick-walled profile for high pressures
Metal hose with a standard corrugation pitch and thick-walled profile for higher pressures. The hose can be fitted with one or two braids.
TYPE HR II/A - Folded flat profile
Protective folded spiral hose - flat profile.
Connecting hoses
We offer customized design of hoses and compensators to our customers, with support from CAD programs such as DWG, STEP, DXF, and more. All products undergo 100% quality control.
Stainless steel corrugated hoses have a robust structure and are particularly suitable for heavy-duty operating conditions. However, certain principles must be followed during installation to ensure their long lifespan.
Torsional stress (twisting) must be prevented during hose installation on the fitting to avoid the hose being loaded with a twisting moment. When screwing the hose end into the fitting, only the end should transmit the twisting moment. For hoses with screws or slip nuts, the end must be secured with a contra wrench. During assembly, the connection points must not be rotated relative to each other. The connection points must move in the same plane to prevent hose twisting.
Sharp bending must be avoided both at the end and along the entire length of the hose (e.g. mechanical loading in a perpendicular direction to the end).
The minimum bending radius of the hoses specified in the tables must be observed.
Regular visual checks for tightness or possible damage must be ensured during operation. Also, ensure the cleanliness of the hose and its surroundings to prevent limiting its flexibility and subsequent damage.
Hose damage due to abrasion or sharp edges must be minimized, as any deformation or wall thinning significantly reduces its lifespan.
Below are some typical errors that can occur during installation and ways to avoid them.
